Zusammenfassung:	Proposed is a seatback ventilation apparatus for vehicles, including a back board, which extends in a planar direction, has an intake hole formed therein to communicate with the outside, and is located at the rear side of the seatback, an intake duct, which is fixed to the front surface of the back board and forms a flow passage through which external air suctioned through the intake hole travels to a discharge hole, a blower, which is located in front of the intake duct, has an air inlet connected to the discharge hole, and suctions external air through the air inlet and delivers the external air to an air outlet, and a connection tube, which is interposed between and connects the blower and a seat pad in order to supply the external air introduced from the air outlet to the seat pad, and is formed to be variable in length.
