Zusammenfassung:A wearable camera is to be worn by a user and includes: a capturing unit configured to capture and read a code in which fixed information and variable information of the user are registered; and a processor configured to extract the fixed information and the variable information of the user based on a read result of the capturing unit. The processor is configured to register the extracted fixed information and variable information of the user in a memory, and permit the user to use the wearable camera based on the registration in the memory.
