Zusammenfassung:The micro LED light emitting device includes at least one light emitting element and a barrier layer. The light emitting element is provided with a plurality of micro LEDs arranged in a matrix of 2*2 or more, the adjacent micro LEDs have a distance from each other to form a trellis ditch, and the height of these micro LEDs is H. The barrier layer has an upper portion and a lower portion, the light transmittance of the upper portion is 85% or more, and the light transmittance of lower portion is 30% or less; the height of the lower portion after filling the trellis ditches is L; and 0.7H≤L≤1.2H; the upper portion is covered above the lower portion, so that there is no gap between the barrier layer and the micro LEDs.
