Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a planning device comprising: a status information acquisition unit configured to acquire status information of a target apparatus; a maintenance plan change proposal unit configured to generate a change proposal for a period in which a maintenance work is to be performed by using a maintenance period change model for, based on status information of the target apparatus, outputting a change proposal for a period in which the maintenance work involving at least one of maintenance and replacement of the target apparatus is to be performed; and a change proposal output unit configured to output the change proposal. A planning method and a recording medium are also provided.
