Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a track exercise device including at least two substantially parallel tracks, at least four movable platforms, wherein at least two movable platforms are on a first track, and wherein at least two movable platforms are on a second track. A transverse attachment attaches the movable platforms on adjacent tracks, a longitudinal attachment attaches the movable platforms on the same track, and a tilting adjustment provides for inclined or flat movement.
