Zusammenfassung:An information processing apparatus includes an image reading device, a control device, and an input device. The image reading device reads a source document and generates image data. The control device acts as a controller that generates an editable electronic file from the image data. The input device is to be used by a user to input an instruction. The controller adds, upon receipt of a modification of the source image represented by the electronic file, through the input device, a modification history based on the modification made, to the modified source image.
