Zusammenfassung:	A TV mount and method of installation are described. The TV mount can include mount a mount body placed on a horizontal plane, and a hanging arm assembly for fixed connection with a TV. The hanging arm assembly is slidably fitted and radially constrained on the upper part of the mount body, and the upper part of the mount body is provided with adjusting and fixing members that constrain the axial sliding of the hanging arm assembly. The method can include installing the hanging arm assembly on the back of a TV, and lifting the TV, and muff-coupling at least one hanging arm of the assembly on the mount body.
