Zusammenfassung:	A product dispensing apparatus including a reusable product dispenser and a refill cartridge configured to releasably couple to the reusable product dispenser. The reusable product dispenser includes a housing defining a longitudinal axis, a base rotatably coupled to a proximal portion of the housing, and a telescope assembly. The base is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis in a first direction and a second direction. The telescope assembly includes a proximal section and a distal section movable relative to the proximal section along the longitudinal axis defined by the housing between a collapsed condition and an extended condition. At least one of the proximal section or the distal section is operably coupled to the base such that rotation of the base about the longitudinal axis causes corresponding rotation of the telescope assembly about the longitudinal axis.
