Zusammenfassung:	An electrical connection device includes a pair of connectors, namely a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a housing main body portion, a lock arm, and a cantilever portion. The second connector includes a lock receiving portion and an abutting portion. When the pair of connectors are in the unfitted state, the cantilever portion is located between the housing main body portion and the lock arm so as to be capable of supporting the lock arm. The abutting portion comes into contact with the cantilever portion when the pair of connectors are fitted together, and therefore the cantilever portion undergoes elastic displacement to a position that allows the lock arm to flex toward the housing main body portion.
