Zusammenfassung:	In one embodiment there is provided a bottle assembly to dispense a liquid. The assembly includes a bottle, a syringe, a cap and collar. The assembly includes a child-resistant adult-friendly retaining portion to permit the removal of the cap and collar. The syringe is configured to draw liquid from the bottle at a precise dosage and then when the cap and collar is removed the user can expel the liquid.
