Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides for novel ways of delivering tensioning elements, such as tethers, and deployable anchors, to a desired location within the anatomy of a patient. More specifically, the present disclosure provides a system and method for delivering deployable anchors to a desire location within the anatomy and tethering the anchors together through tissue. The deployable anchors may include anchors that have a pre-deployment elongate configuration and a post-deployment planar configuration.
