Zusammenfassung:	A positive electrode 1 for a power storage device includes: an active material layer 10; a current collector 20; and an electrically conductive layer 30. The active material layer 10 includes an electrochemically active polymer 12 and an electrically conductive agent 14. The electrically conductive layer 30 is disposed between the active material layer 10 and the current collector 20 and is in contact with the active material layer 10 and the current collector 20. The electrically conductive layer 30 includes electrically conductive particles 32 and a binder 35 in contact with outer surfaces of the electrically conductive particles 32. The content of the binder in the electrically conductive layer 30 is 3% or more on a mass basis.
