Also encompassed by the present disclosure-is- a method of administering a drug to a tumor in a central nervous system of a subject, the method comprising, delivering a therapeutically effective amount of the drug into a brain, tumor by a pump implanted in a brain of the subject, wherein administration of the drag to the subject in the central nervous system is contraindicated because of toxicity of the drug.
