Zusammenfassung:	According to one embodiment, an electro-optic device includes an electro-optic panel including a transparent base, a sealing portion provided in a peripheral area of the transparent base, a liquid crystal composition sealed by the transparent base and the sealing portion, an injection port for the liquid crystal composition provided in the peripheral area of the transparent base, and a light source arranged opposed to a side surface of the transparent base. The transparent base has a first side and a second side on an opposite side to the first side, the light source is opposed to the first side, and the injection port is opposed to the second side.
