The microprocessor is configured to perform acquiring a battery information including an information on a failure and repair history of the battery before the battery is reused, the memory is configured to store the battery information, and the microprocessor is configured to further perform determining a restriction imposed on the battery when the battery is reused, based on the battery information stored in the memory.
