Zusammenfassung:In the field of medicine and medical technology, improving technical mesh implant for hernioplasty. A self-fixing mesh implant includes two layers, upper and lower, with a layer of mesh based on titanium thread on the upper side, and a layer of bioresorbable polymers on the lower side, wherein the surface of the titanium thread is made in relief. The technical result increases the efficiency of fixing the implant in the operating field, increases the plasticity and reducing the risk of implant threads breakage, increases the simplicity and strength of fixation, ensures the uniformity of fixing the implant with the entire surface thereof to the tissues of the operating wound, reduces the duration of surgery, and, as a consequence, reduces the volume of anesthesia and trauma, leading to a decrease in the rate of complications.
