Zusammenfassung:	A wheelie suppressing control unit includes: a first determiner that determines whether a vehicle is in a traveling state satisfying a first condition representing a wheelie state; a second determiner that determines whether the vehicle is in a traveling state satisfying a second condition representing a pre-wheelie state which is a state preceding the wheelie state; and a controller that controls the vehicle based on an operation input. If the first determiner determines that the first condition is satisfied, the controller executes first control that reduces the output of a drive source of the vehicle. If the first determiner determines that the first condition is not satisfied and the second determiner determines that the second condition is satisfied, the controller executes second control that restricts a rate of change of the output with respect to the operation input provided to an operation member.
