The processor is configured to perform first control for presenting a first respiratory cycle longer than a natural respiratory cycle for a respiratory cycle presentation device in a case of preferentially increasing a degree of relaxation, the respiratory cycle presentation device being a device that presents a respiratory cycle, and perform second control for presenting a second respiratory cycle for the respiratory cycle presentation device in a case of preferentially decreasing a degree of physical-mental activity, the second respiratory cycle being a cycle for which a difference between the second respiratory cycle and the natural respiratory cycle is smaller than a difference between the first respiratory cycle and the natural respiratory cycle.
