Using a unique combination of components, the present systems and methods can assess facility maintenance requirements and assign employees to facilities as needed, as well as predict future staffing requirements. For example, in certain embodiments, the present systems and methods leverage sensor and signal transmitting technologies to record facility activity and respond accordingly with appropriate staff assignments.
