Zusammenfassung:	A hybrid transmission and a vehicle having the hybrid transmission. An engine, a generator, and a motor are coaxially arranged; a first planetary gear set is separately connected to a crankshaft of the engine and a rotor of the generator; a clutch comprises a first driving end connected to a planet carrier of the first planetary gear set and a second driving end connected to a ring gear of a second planetary gear set, wherein the first driving end and the second driving end are involved in engagement and disengagement; a rotor of the motor is connected to a sun gear axle of the second planetary gear set. When the motor performs driving, the clutch is disengaged from the engine and the generator to avoid a drag resistance of the engine.
