The hyaluronic acid delivery component includes a combination of active ingredients. The combination of active ingredients includes each of a hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronidase inhibitor, and hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol. The composition is stable and has a pleasing tactile feel. A method for cosmetic treatment of keratinous tissues is also disclosed.
