Zusammenfassung:A battery monitoring device for a vehicle acquires a voltage, a current, and a temperature of each of a plurality of unit cells, and transmits unit cell information including the acquired voltage, current, and temperature of each unit cell and an identifier of each of the unit cells, to a state calculation device outside the vehicle and configured to calculate each of states of the plurality of unit cells. The state calculation device receives the unit cell information transmitted from the battery monitoring device, calculates each of the states of the plurality of unit cells on the basis of the received voltage, current, and temperature of each unit cell, and transmits calculated state information of each unit cell and the identifier of each of the unit cells to the battery monitoring device or an on-vehicle control device configured to perform control regarding charging/discharging of a secondary battery.
