Zusammenfassung:	A system, according to various embodiments, includes eyewear (or any other suitable wearable device) that includes at least one environmental pollution monitoring sensor (e.g., at least one light pollution, air pollution, radioactive pollution, thermal pollution, and/or noise pollution sensor) that may be used to monitor the presence of environmental pollution adjacent a wearer of the eyewear. The system may further include one or more health monitoring sensors to determine the health effects of the environmental pollution on the wearer. In certain circumstances, the system may alert the user to potentially harmful environmental conditions, or convey preventative healthcare advice to the wearer.
