Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and a DNA nanostructure for detecting a target structure. The invention relates in particular to a DNA nanostructure, which, by skillful selection of the shape of the DNA nanostructure and the placement of marker molecules fastened thereon, ensures a preferably linear dependence on the number of marker molecules and measurement signal, independent of the local arrangement of a plurality of such DNA nanostructures. The invention further relates to using said DNA nanostructures and other nano reporters, preferably in combination with adapters specifically binding to target molecules, in a method for the preferably simultaneous quantification of a plurality of target molecules, by means of a multiplex method. The method relates in particular to a single cell analysis.
