Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an additive composition for cosmetics material containing vitamin-C, the additive composition improving the feel on the skin of vitamin-C which is an anti-oxidant. High vitamin-C content can cause stinging skin irritation or be sticky to the touch, but the additive composition according to the present invention, when used in cosmetics composition with high vitamin-C content, due to the oil, can reduce irritation and stickiness, as well as provide a moisturizing effect.
