METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY CARRYING OUT BLOOD FLOW DOPPLER IMAGING AND PULSE DOPPLER IMAGING

A method and a device for simultaneously carrying out blood flow Doppler imaging and pulse Doppler imaging, said method comprising: taking transmitting a B pattern sequence once and then transmitting blood flow sequences for multiple times as a transmission sequence group, and transmitting said transmission sequence group in sequence (S101); for each transmission sequence group, sequentially receiving a first echo signal group reflected by a tissue area of interest in response to each transmitted blood flow sequence (S102); sequentially performing beam composition on the first echo signal group corresponding to the blood flow sequence transmitted each time (S103); sequentially performing wall filtering on a first multiple beam corresponding to the blood flow sequence transmitted each time, and obtaining a second multiple beam corresponding to the blood flow sequence transmitted each time (S104); and performing a blood flow pattern imaging process and a blood flow spectrum imaging process according to the subsequently obtained second multiple beam (S105). The method and the device for simultaneously carrying out blood flow Doppler imaging and pulse Doppler imaging can simultaneously obtain a blood flow pattern image and a spectrum image of the blood flow velocity at a certain moment.
