The base liquid is selected from vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol, and the combination of ingredients is selected from at least three of pineapple lime extract, riboflavin, L-tyrosine, L-theanine, taurine, caffeine, agmatine sulfate, citrulline malate, and beetroot. The resulting performance-enhancing supplement is provided in a standard vape cartridge for use in an electronic cigarette device.
