Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed herein is an operating system for operating a plurality of mobile platforms. The operating system includes: an operating terminal configured to allocate a bandwidth to a channel of each of the mobile platforms according to a mission of each of the mobile platforms to perform, the channel being used for the operating terminal to perform communications with each of the mobile platforms; and the plurality of mobile platforms each of which is configured to receive the mission from the operating terminal, and send a request to adjust and reallocate the bandwidth to the channel based on performance information about the mobile platforms. It is possible to operate the plurality of mobile platforms efficiently by using a limited frequency band.
