Zusammenfassung:A laminated film is provided between a transparent conductive film and a counter substrate so that the laminated film is in contact with the transparent conductive film and the counter substrate. The laminated film includes a first low refractive index layer, a first high refractive index layer, a second low refractive index layer, and a second high refractive index layer. In the direction from the transparent conductive film toward the counter substrate, the first low refractive index layer, the first high refractive index layer, the second low refractive index layer, and the second high refractive index layer are provided to exist in order of the first low refractive index layer, the first high refractive index layer, the second low refractive index layer, and the second high refractive index layer. Each of the first low refractive index layer and the second low refractive index layer is made of a first material. The refractive index of light of the first material is in the range of 1.4 to 1.6. Each of the first high refractive index layer and the second high refractive index layer is made of a second material. The refractive index of light of the second material is in the range of 1.9 to 2.1.
