The link includes a first end segment, a second end segment, and an intermediate segment extending therebetween. Each of the first end segment and the second end segment includes an eyelet portion, and a stub portion that extends integrally and contiguously from the eyelet portion. The intermediate segment is coupled to the stub portion of the first end segment and to the stub portion of the second end segment.
