The attached portions may include wall-like shapes, sleeve-like shapes, or combinations thereof. The attached portions may be attached to perimeter surfaces of the core body of the implant. The attached portions may conform to and be in substantially continuous contact with the portions of the perimeter surfaces to which they are attached. The attached portions may generally sheathe the geometric area of the portions of the perimeter surfaces to which they are attached.
