Zusammenfassung: | Methods, devices, and systems for detecting human activity using thermal data and time-of-flight (TOF) sensor data are disclosed. In some embodiments, an array-type thermal sensor is used to generate the thermal data and an array-type TOF sensor is used to generate the TOF data. TOF-derived data, such as distance data, velocity data, and/or acceleration data, can be determined from the TOF data. Human activity in a monitored space may be determined by comparing thermal and TOF-derived data acquired for the monitored space to one or more activity profiles corresponding to one or more types of activities desired to be monitored. Monitoring for human activity can be used for any one or more of a wide variety of purposes, such as controlling one or more environmental parameters and generating an alert that one or more activities, e.g., a fall event, has occurred, among many others. |
