Zusammenfassung:	A state management system includes an information processing apparatus including a first memory, and a first processor coupled to the first memory and the first processor configured to execute processing, and a management apparatus including a second memory, and a second processor coupled to the second memory and the second processor configured to predict a completion time of the processing in the information processing apparatus in accordance with information transmitted from the information processing apparatus wherein the first processor is configured to change, in accordance with a completion rate of the processing, a threshold for a difference between an actual state of the information processing apparatus and a state of the information processing apparatus recognized by the management apparatus, and transmit the information to the management apparatus when the difference exceeds the threshold.
