Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a co-solubilization process for preparation of a polymer modified bitumen/asphalt and emulsified polymer modified bitumen/asphalt from bitumen, polymer, emulsifier etc. The present invention further relates to a polymer modified bitumen comprising bitumen and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) linear co-polymer having high softening point. The present invention also relates to the use of the polymer modified bitumen and its emulsion in in micro-surfacing for maintenance of pavements.
