Zusammenfassung:	A display device includes: a panel including a display screen and a side face that extends along a periphery of the display screen; a backlight located on a side of the panel opposite to the display screen to radiate light on the panel; a case, for containing the backlight, including a bottom that faces the panel with the backlight in between and a side wall that stands at a periphery of the bottom and faces the side face of the panel; and a combining member provided between the side face of the panel and the side wall to combine the panel and the case.
