The systems may perform the methods to obtain information associated with a vehicle in a first time period; determine an income value associated with the vehicle in a second time period based on the information associated with the vehicle; determine a cost value associated with the vehicle in the second time period based on the income value and the information associated with the vehicle; and generate a recommendation as to whether to discard the vehicle based on the income value and the cost value.
