Zusammenfassung:	An ultrasonic mixing apparatus and method is provided for cavitation and processing an aqueous first fluid with an oil-based second fluid, e.g., cannabinoids in a sonication or cavitation zone. The apparatus can be used for preparation of nano-particle emulsions of oil-based botanical extracts in aqueous fluids for therapeutic consumption. The apparatus is effective in producing increased bioavailability of the botanical extract due to the small particle size created through cavitation.
