The tape winding surface extends along an axis from a first end to a second end, and the first and second flanges extend radially from the first and second ends of the tape winding surface, respectively. The tape winding surface and the first and second flanges are co-formed of a unitary hub material having a Young's modulus of at least about one million psi.
