Zusammenfassung:A light source unit includes a substrate and a light source. The light source is mounted on the substrate. At least one sensor is configured to detect the infrared light. The at least one sensor detects a wavelength component of the infrared light in a range of wavelengths from 920 nm to 960 nm better than a wavelength component of the infrared light out of the range. The light source device emits the infrared light having a peak wavelength smaller than 920 nm when the light source has a temperature of 25° C. or lower. The peak wavelength of the infrared light emitted from the light source device increases as the temperature of the light source increases from the temperature of 25° C.
