Zusammenfassung:	A heat exchanger includes a tube, a corrugated fin, and a plurality of grooves. The corrugated fin has a plurality of bent portions and a plurality of fin main bodies disposed between the bent portions. The multiple grooves are arranged at specified intervals from each other and are formed on a surface of the corrugated fin to enhance the hydrophilicity of the surface. The corrugated fin includes a first thick portion in which at least one of the grooves is included and a second thick portion thicker than the first thick portion in a cross-sectional view along an extending direction of the bent portions.
