Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus, arrangement and method for remote opening electric door lock of a building. The apparatus (1) comprises control unit (5), a data communication unit (3) and an electrical actuator (6) configured to open the door lock (2) under control of the control unit. The apparatus is mounted at a remote door opening switch (10) and the control unit generates a control signal for the actuator to open the lock in response to receiving at least one authentication signal. The actuator is configured to move a manually operable switching element of the door opening switch and to thereby cause opening of the door lock.
