Zusammenfassung:A cell culture apparatus (1) of the present invention comprises: a culture vessel (2) in which a cell culture medium comprising at least one of culture components composed of a conjugate with a stimuli-responsive polymer is stored and cells are cultured in the medium; a stimulus-applying mechanism (4) that applies a predetermined stimulus to the conjugate so as to induce a predetermined change of the stimuli-responsive polymer in response to the stimulus; and, a separation mechanism (5) that separates at least a part of the medium components except for the conjugate from the cell culture medium, while leaving the conjugate in the cell culture medium, on the basis of a property change of the stimuli-responsive polymer.
