Zusammenfassung:	A manufacturing method of a battery structure is provided. A packing is provided, wherein the packing pre-forms an accommodating space. A first battery unit is disposed into the accommodating space, wherein the first battery unit includes at least one anode and at least one cathode alternately stacked with each other and a dielectric layer located between the anode and the cathode. A separation membrane is disposed into the accommodating space and located on the first battery unit. A second battery unit is stacked onto the separation membrane, located in the accommodating space and includes at least one anode and at least one cathode alternately stacked with each other and a dielectric layer located between the anode and the cathode. A dimension of the first battery unit is smaller than a dimension of the second battery unit. Electrolytes is injected into the accommodating space. The packing is sealed.
