A voltage supply part includes an external capacitor in which a first electrode is connected to a first node and a second electrode is connected to a second node, a first switch connected between a first power-source potential vaa and the first node, a second switch connected between a second power-source potential vgnd and the second node, and a third switch connected between the first power-source potential vaa and the second node, and the first node is connected to a first power-source voltage terminal of a row driver.
