Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for manufacturing at least one grafted polyphenol, comprising at least the step of reacting, in the presence of at least one catalyst, at least one polyphenol with at least one compound of the following formula (I), wherein: - R1 is a straight or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain, at C3-C30, preferably at C3-C20, specifically at C8-C20, more specifically at C8-C18, optionally comprising one or more saturated or unsaturated rings, said chain being optionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms selected among O, S and N, preferably selected from O and S, even more preferably O; - R2 is chosen among the hydrogen atom and a straight or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain, at C1-C60, optionally comprising one or more saturated or unsaturated rings, said chain being optionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms selected among O, S and N, preferably selected from O and S, even more preferably O, the number of moles of said compound of formula (I) being greater than or equal to the number of -OH functions present per mole of said polyphenol.
