Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a thermo-hygrometer and method of controlling the thermo-hygrometer for adjusting an indoor environment to a target temperature or humidity. The thermo-hygrometer of the present disclosure may control other home appliances using an Internet-of-thing environment via a 5G communication network, and may estimate a control method for other home appliances using machine learning of artificial intelligence. The thermo-hygrometer for adjusting an indoor environment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a sensor for detecting at least one among a temperature and a humidity, a communicator for communicating with an external device, a memory for storing information about at least a portion of home appliances arranged indoors, and a controller for generating a control signal for controlling at least a portion of the home appliances based on at least information about the temperature and humidity detected by the sensor.
