The active-energy-ray-curable aqueous resin composition includes an acryl-modified alkyd resin (A) and a (meth)acryloyl group-containing compound (B) as essential components. The undercoat agent for an inorganic-material thin film is produced using the composition, and the molded article is produced using the undercoat agent for an inorganic-material thin film.
