Zusammenfassung:A system and method for evaluating a real-estate property (REP). The method includes: receiving a location pointer associated with the REP; extracting metadata associated with the REP from a web source; extracting at least one multimedia content element associated with the REP; identifying relevant venues located in proximity to the REP based on the at least one multimedia content element; identifying a subdivision in which the REP is located based on an analysis of the metadata or the at least one multimedia content element; and, determining an evaluation of the REP based on the metadata, the at least one multimedia content element, and the identified venues.
