The method accesses an active destination resource at a computing device, matches the active destination resource to a resource context of interest (COI) from an RCA transfer library and transfers an outbound resource advancement (RA) content segment stored in memory of the computing device to the active destination resource based on the resource COI from the RCA transfer library.
