Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to non-invasive methods of in vivo selecting an antibody against a desired target on the surface of a mammalian cell of a subject by applying near-infrared fluorescence imaging (NIRF) as well as uses of NIRF in such methods. In addition, kits for the use in these methods comprising a panel of potentially therapeutic effective fluorescence labeled antibodies and means for NIRF imaging are provided.
